Preorders
-Preorders are made just for you, so once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
-If something arrives damaged or not right, please message us within 3 days and we'll make it right with a store credit or a replacement.
Ready to Ship Items
-RTS pieces can be returned for store credit only
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned to us before refunded.
-Please reach out within 3 days of delivery to get that process started.
Exchanges
-We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can use your store credit to grab the right size or style
Final Sale
-Sale and clearance items are final sale and can't be returned
